The Serving Instructions, Explained
We found two different serving instructions for MindSave across the brand's own materials.
Understanding this conflict helps you know what to check before you start taking it.
What we found
A marketing graphic we were given, showing the brand's “How It Works” three-step process, states “Take 1 capsule twice a day.” Separately, the brand's own FAQ on its official sales page states “Take 1 capsule daily with 6-8 oz of water.”
Why this is a meaningful difference
“Once daily” and “twice daily” are not a minor wording difference — they represent potentially double the daily intake, depending on which instruction you follow. For a supplement with several active ingredients, this is worth getting right.
Why we can't resolve this ourselves
Both instructions come directly from the brand's own materials, and we have no way to determine which one reflects current, correct guidance without contacting the brand directly. We'd rather flag the conflict clearly than guess.
